No Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Therefore, cancellations or returns due to change of mind, ordering errors, or incorrect size selection are excluded.

Returns are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

Notwithstanding the above, voluntary exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis upon prior written request. Customers have no legal entitlement to such exceptions.
